Established in 1969, our small family business is one of the oldest in the University of Michigan off-campus housing market.

Our highly sought after rental properties all are located very-near central campus or downtown Ann Arbor, and sometimes both.

We pride ourselves in caring for our tenants like they are members of our family. The care we take in the ownership and management of our properties is rumored to be well above and beyond the average. As we say – Jones, common in name, uncommon in service.
